We are a women-owned, mobile fitness and wellness business specializing in Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, and Nutrition.

In 2020 CoreFitness pivoted from exclusively outdoor group fitness at the Art Museum Steps to include live virtual workouts. We have continued to safely deliver group fitness and personal training at the steps (our home base!), while adapting to provide an indoor virtual live AND On Demand platform for our loyal customers and for new members near and far.

We're excited to say that we're here, stronger than ever, and ready to deliver exciting, effective classes to keep this community thriving!
