Walk, run, sprint…just get up and down at your own pace. Core strengthening exercise stations mixed in make this class a full body workout that you can’t wait to do again. All fitness levels encouraged.
Stay after class for a CoreFitness style celebration. Bring your post workout snacks and drinks and hang out after the workout with your sweaty fitness friends.
