CoreFitness will be having a Belmont Plateau Boot Camp, October 22nd at 9 AM. 60 minutes of boot camp with a view at Belmont Plateau, let’s tackle this hill, your legs are gonna love it!
Walk, run, sprint…just get up and down at your own pace. Core strengthening exercise stations mixed in make this class a full body workout that you can’t wait to do again. All fitness levels encouraged.
Stay after class for a CoreFitness style celebration: bring your post workout snacks and drinks and hang out after the workout with your sweaty fitness friends.
