CoreFitness 10 Day Crush Series – February 15th – 26th

Our CoreFitness 10 Day Crush Series includes 10 fitness classes weekday mornings at 6:15 or 7:00 AM  via zoom and also available with CoreFitness On Demand anytime!

We can’t wait to CRUSH February with YOU! You can look forward to a variety of instructors and styles! (Think:  Arms & Abs Circuits, Kick Boxing, Tabata, METCON, Full Body HIIT and sooo much more, class schedule coming soon, stay tuned!).  Or, get outside on Monday/Wednesday/Friday for an in-person workout at the Art Museum steps.
