CoreFitness Arms & Abs 12 Class Series – Begins Tuesday, October 18th!

Join us for 3 classes a week for 4 weeks! This intense focus on the upper body paired with our dedicated and strategic approach to 3 lifts per week will deliver definition and results by mid-November!

WHEN: Tuesday, October 18th to Sunday, November 13th , 12 classes total

  • Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:15 AM (Lauren Krinis)
  • Sundays at 8:15 AM (HYBRID with Cindy Brown). Sunday classes are hybrid with option to attend in-person or virtually.

Arms and Abs package = $149

*Hosted via zoom with the option to opt in to have the recording delivered directly to your inbox to complete on your own schedule.

Virtual classes will still continue to be held on Monday and Thursdays at 6:15 am via zoom per usual.
