CoreFitness is offering a “Boot Camp Fundamentals” class Saturday, April 28th. Get the basics here, and then confidently walk into all of our “Boot Camp” classes, all summer long!
This class will run in conjunction with our regular Boot Camp class on the Art Museum steps. By joining the ‘Fundamental’ class, participants will get extra attention from our instructor/physical therapist. You’ll learn proper form and good technique to ensure that you’re exercising safely and effectively, at an intensity level that makes sense for YOU.
At the end of this class, you’ll be feeling strong and fit, and part of the CoreFitness community!
