CoreFitness DRY January Open Challenge

CoreFitness invites you to take on our DRY January Challenge with us by giving up alcohol for 30 days.

We have a facebook group to help support each other for this simple, but not easy challenge and would love for you to join. The benefits of a month break from booze are weight loss, lower blood pressure, increased metabolic function and healthier skin! You can do this!
