This program combines a strict, but sustainable exercise and nutrition program to ignite your metabolism and develop overall strength and sleek muscle definition. A 50 minute full body, cardiovascular and strength- building work out served 5 days a week!
2 WEEKS of Shred! Monday (6/11) to Friday (6/22) from 6:00-6:50AM
