What:
This program combines a strict, but sustainable exercise and nutrition program to ignite your metabolism and develop overall strength and sleek muscle definition. A 50 minute full body, cardiovascular and strength- building work out served 5 days a week! Expert guidance and support coming at you from all angles.
When:
Weekday mornings, Monday through Friday, at 6 AM from May 7th – May 25th
Where:
Location will vary, to be determined at the Art Museum Stairs
Registration:
Early Bird Registration fee is $199 until midnight on April 30th (full rate $250 starting May 1st). Can’t attend all classes? Contact us at Gina for pro-rated fees.
