This program combines a strict, but sustainable exercise and nutrition program to ignite your metabolism and develop overall strength and sleek muscle definition. A 50 minute full body, cardiovascular and strength- building work out served 5 days a week! Look forward to our revamped nutrition component to the program!
3 WEEKS of Shred! Monday (9/12) to Friday (9/30) from 6:00-6:50 AM
