CoreFitness Spring Race Training on Sundays!

Our CoreFitness “Spring Race Training” instructional series kicks off on Sunday, February 26th.

If you’re preparing for the Broad Street Run, Love Run or your favorite 5K things just got easier! Come out to our “Spring Race Training” instructional series for 10 Sundays of some serious, (and seriously fun) running!

The group will meet at Lloyd Hall at 8:00 AM for dynamic, pre-run specific warm ups and discussion about training details for the week. Welcome to training… CoreFitness style!

All sessions meet at 8:00 AM at Lloyd Hall unless otherwise noted. As weekly run gets longer, we may meet as early as 7:30 AM.

This series is for all paces, all fitness levels. Please arrive on time and ready to get started promptly at 8:00 AM.

Free parking in the Lloyd Hall lot and/or across the street on Sedgely Drive.
