Save the Dates! 3 Weeks of May Shred begins Monday, May 6th and will lead up to Friday, May 24th right before Memorial Day Weekend!

Look forward to intense workouts designed to sculpt your muscles, strengthen your core and get your heart pumping!

This year we will be adding new challenges in our daily themed classes with instructors Cindy Brown and Amanda Ryan, as  they team up to deliver this intense (and fun!) results driven series! Our workouts coupled with the clean eating guidelines will guarantee you will feel your best by the Memorial Day Weekend!
