MAY SHRED – Outdoor & Virtual, Get Involved – Now through May 28th!

We are thrilled to announce Shred 2021 will be held both in-person at the Art Museum Steps and virtually!

May Shred is focused and energizing fitness classes + nutrition guidelines + wellness stacking + individual & group support via private facebook group!

In-Person and Virtual Shred Details

Virtual Class Schedule:

  • Look forward to a killer line up with Cindy and Lauren targeting different muscle groups each day with planned repetitions to define your muscles and leave you feeling energized and ready for more! *All Virtual Shred Classes begin at 6:15 AM
    • Monday Full Body Blast
    • Tuesday Arms & Abs
    • Thursday Upper Body & Core
    • Friday Weighted HIIT & Booty

In-Person Outdoor Class Schedule:

  • Gina and Lindsey will be mixing it up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 AM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM at the Art Museum Steps!
    • Monday Equipment Based Boot Camp
    • Wednesday Ramps & Abs at the Back Steps
    • Friday Fitness Challenges
    • Saturday Sweat Sessions
    • Rate will increase to $199 on Friday

Can’t make a class?

No problem, all Shred participants, virtual and in-person, can access our class recordings!
