I joined CoreFitness about 7 months before my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Like most brides, I set lofty goals for myself: I wanted to lose 15 pounds, tone my muscle, eat better and (maybe the hardest one of all) start working out in the morning. Not only was I able to achieve all of these goals, but I had a lot of fun while doing it. The CoreFitness trainers make getting out of bed at 5:15 easy; all you have to do is show up! They are extremely motivating, energetic and positive. Each workout is different yet equally challenging and fun.
