I absolutely loved doing the Commit program last January. It was an easy kickstart to being much healthier–I felt like all that I needed to do was follow the simple eating guidelines and show up to the classes…and I saw results! I so much appreciated all of the support from the CoreFitness trainers, as well as the other participants. Everyone was extremely warm and encouraging, even to a totally out-of-shape newcomer like myself! Before I started, I was nervous and wasn’t sure it was for me, but ended up very much enjoying the camraderie, classes and opportunity to focus on myself.
