January SHRED is a 3-week structured but flexible fitness & wellness program from Monday, January 10th – Friday, January 28th.
This program includes:
WHO: Brought to you via Zoom, literally anyone, anywhere can join! All fitness levels are encouraged.
WHEN: Weekday mornings 6:15 – 7:00 AM (15 workouts)
Outdoor classes can be substituted for zoom classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 AM
DATES: Monday January 10th-Friday January 28th
WHAT: Structured, formatted classes led by CoreFit’s team of experienced trainers with a plan designed to build muscle and leave you feeling your fittest, physically and mentally.
WHAT ELSE: This year we introduce a new checklist format to include the CF 4 Pillars of Health; Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Stress Management
Nutritionist Lauren Krinis has an uncanny way of making eating well easier than imagined. With her expertise, coaching and group support we help you build healthy behavior one habit at a time.
