With a degree in Exercise Science and a certified Kettlebell Instructor Bridget is a firm believer in treating your body like a well-oiled machine and has learned firsthand that when your body is strong your mind is even stronger!
After finishing her collegiate basketball career, Bridget decided it was now time for her to help athletes reach that level through strength & conditioning. She has helped train athletes of all levels and ages. With 5 years of training under her belt Bridget has switched from working primarily with athletes to all fitness enthusiasts! Her greatest joy is helping others reach their full fitness potential!
Bridget loves variety and trying new things so don’t be surprised to try new exercises, find new muscles, and have fun doing so!
